Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AFR FocusCut Studio ("FocusCut") collects and how it is used. FocusCut is operated by JNEMEGA STORE LLC, doing business as Absolutely Focused Radio ("we", "us").
Your videos stay on your device
FocusCut edits, captions and exports your videos inside your own web browser. Your video files and their audio are never uploaded to us, and we never see, receive or store them.
Information we collect
- When you subscribe to FocusCut Pro: payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and card information. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe shares with us your email address, a customer ID, a subscription ID and your subscription status.
- License records: we store your license key together with your email address, Stripe customer ID, subscription ID and subscription status, so we can turn Pro on, turn it off when a subscription ends, and help you recover a lost key.
- Hosting logs: FocusCut is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver and protect the site.
- Auto captions: captions are created on your device. Your audio is never uploaded. The first time you generate captions, your browser downloads a speech model from Hugging Face and the jsDelivr network, which receive your IP address and browser details, like any download.
- Fonts: FocusCut loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
Stored in your browser
FocusCut saves your license key in your browser's local storage so you don't need to re-enter it each visit. You can delete it at any time with the Remove button in the FocusCut Pro window or by clearing your browser's site data.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't use advertising trackers or show ads in FocusCut. We don't use your information for anything other than running FocusCut, managing your subscription and supporting you.
Who we share information with
- Stripe, to process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Cloudflare, to host FocusCut and store license records.
- Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep information
We keep license records while your subscription is active and afterward as long as needed for billing, tax and legal records. You can ask us to delete your license record at any time, unless we must keep it by law.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will honor them as required by law.
Children
FocusCut is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the effective date above.
