Terms of Service
Effective October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of AFR FocusCut Studio ("FocusCut", "the service") at focuscut.absolutelyfocusedradio.com. FocusCut is operated by JNEMEGA STORE LLC, doing business as Absolutely Focused Radio ("we", "us"). By using FocusCut or subscribing to FocusCut Pro, you agree to these terms.
What FocusCut does
FocusCut is a browser-based video editor for joining, trimming and splitting video clips. Your videos are processed inside your own web browser on your own device. We do not upload, receive or store your video files.
Free plan
The free plan includes all editing features except auto captions. Videos exported on the free plan include a small "Made with AFR FocusCut" watermark.
FocusCut Pro subscription
- Price and billing. FocusCut Pro is a monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, charged in advance through Stripe, our payment processor.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews each month on the same date until you cancel.
- Canceling. You can cancel anytime with the Manage billing button in FocusCut, or by emailing us. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free plan.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. If you believe you were charged in error, email us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it.
- Price changes. If the price changes, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal. You can cancel before then.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails and is not resolved, Pro features may stop working until payment is made.
Auto captions
Auto captions are created by speech recognition on your device and may contain mistakes. Review and correct captions before you publish a video.
Your license key
After you subscribe, you receive a license key that turns on Pro. Your key is for your own use. Do not share, sell or publish it. We may deactivate a key that is shared publicly or used in ways that break these terms.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos you edit. Only use footage you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the content you create and share with FocusCut.
Acceptable use
Do not use FocusCut to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to bypass, copy or interfere with the license system or the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep FocusCut available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Exports depend on your browser and device. We may update, change or improve the service over time.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
FocusCut is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Keep your original video files; we are not responsible for lost or damaged footage. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to FocusCut is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above. If you keep using FocusCut after an update, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
